Hmmm.... I find myself with a blank blog page in front of me and I think I am too tired to come up with something juicy to write about! Sorry about that. I guess that isn't really the best way to start a post and hope to keep your interest, is it?
Oh, I've seen a bunch of reviews and announcements about the contest surrounding Jennie Nash's new book The Threadbare Heart. Well, I've known Jennie since I was in junior high! This Sunday is a day of dance for our household. My daughter has a dress rehearsal from 12:00 to 4:00 and her end of the year performance from 5:00 to 7:00. I volunteered to work the dress rehearsal this year so will also be at the theater for over 7 hours.... Actually, I am looking forward to it. The studio, Santa Barbara Dance Arts is a fabulous place! It's also fun to see her take on the personality of each of the dances as she changes costumes. Here's a look at her four "personalities":
I know this is way too much information about this dance show than any of you wanted to read, but it's what's on my tired brain right now!
