Books read last week:
- Alison Dare books (2)--Give Away going on
- Love is the Higher Law by David Levithan
- The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner: An Eclipse Novella by Stephenie Meyer
- I started the following books, but was in an odd place and couldn't read any of them. I am not ruling them out, just putting them aside for another time: Puppet; Push; Rosie and Skate
- Blue Notebook (I plan on starting it today)
- 30 books from my school library. I'll pick up whichever one strikes my mood at the moment

Ah! I want to read The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner! But Amazon is taking way too long to get it to me!
Funny, I also find that some books you have to be in the mood for. So I hope you'll get back to these books later.
Happy reading! Here's my Monday blog: http://leeswammes.wordpress.com
Good morning Helen. I bring coffee and caramel rolls this morning. :)
I want to read the Bree Tanner book.... I hope it was a good one!
I was there with you on the library books.. the 48 hour readathon really helped me clear them out!
Here is my Monday!
I have The Blue Notebook on my shelf. I keep hearing that it's a painful read, but well worth it.
Marie and Sheila--it was a fun read, especially if you enjoyed the Twilight series!
Leeswammes--I'll head on over to your Monday post right now. I usually don't worry too much about a "slump" since I figure I'll find something that clicks
Lydia--the nice thing is that I am the school librarian so I purposely checked out my summer reading so I could have them all close at hand!
Stephanie--I started the Blue Notebook last night and it's already gripping
Looking forward to what you think of Blue Notebook! Let me check your review of Bree Tanner.
I read the interview you did with Alison Dare creator and enjoyed it. I remember reading these comics as single issues ages ago, glad to see they are still around.
Blue Notebook piques my interest. Hope you enjoy your books.
Mine are here:

I'm happy to hear you liked the new Stephanie Meyer book, I honestly wasn't sure I was going to pick it up, but after reading your review I might. I've always found that her writing has a way of "kick-starting" any reading slump I might be in. Wonderful!
Have a fantastic reading week (with all those books to chose from!) and if you get a chance, stop by: Monday Reading's at There's A Book
I brought just two home from my school library for summer reading because my own TBR stack is so high. I ended up reading them this weekend for the 48 Hour Readathon and returned them this morning. My Monday post is here. Happy reading!
Aths--so far I am really liking Blue Notebook (yes, I am finally reading it!)
Anna Marie--Single issues? I thought they were new!
Laurel-Rain--Blue Notebook is interesting so ar
1stdaughter--I know Meyer's writing isn't great, but I did get sucked right back into the story
Kathy--I also have a huge adult lit TBR list, but couldn't resist bringing home the YA books since they are so quick to read.... I won't read everything I brought home though
