I've read 39 (and didn't count those I started).
Oh fun Helen! I am sadly lacking... I have only read about 18 of these.
I've finished 29 of the things they lited (I can't say "29 books", because some of them are series). I'm actually posting about this later today - my partner brought it up two nights ago, and I went off on a tangent about how the list is likely very male-white-european centric, and he disagreed with me, then tried to prove me wrong and failed! He was rather irritated to find out how right I was.
Bonnie--good job, although who decides these lists? :-)
Sheila--only 18 on this list, but SO MANY others!
Carina--Even though lists like this are flawed, I still have fun doing them!
I've read 23 of these, and have several more on my TBR shelves. I've got to give props to my high school, because I remember reading several in English class.
Katy--That's funny that you mentioned your high school English classes because I thought the exact same thing as I bolded titles on the list: I read many of these for class in high school. But I must admit, those weren't the books I loved the most or what made me love reading.
