Because we thought we'd be away for all the build-up to Christmas we didn't get a tree. This one is our little attempt at Christmas in our part of the house! I kinda' like it.

It's Christmas evening, we've had our meal with family and we're back at our house, rested and happy. It is pouring rain so it feels good to be inside. And, even better, my mom has offered to walk the dog. She deserves a medal!
