This is our miniature poodle, Charlie, whom we rescued about two and a half years ago. With a rescue you never know what you're getting yourself into, but Charlie is a dream: hardly barks, is intelligent, loves kids and just wants to be with people. He got hurt recently, but is now back in action so I thought I let today be about him.

Oh, I didn't know you had a poodle! How wonderful! I so want a dog, but I'm worried about the time when I'm at work.
Gosh you really scored a great dog! He looks so happy too. I bet he thinks he scored a great family ;)
Aths--I only got a dog because we share a house with my parents and they are retired. But, if you have an outside area where the dog can go during the day they really are wonderful companions. And, poodles have hair, not fur so they don't shed
