Wow! The mid-event survey. Here we go...
- What are you reading right now? I just finished Ex-mas by Kate Brian and am about to begin Finding Nouf by Zoe Ferraris
- How many books have you read so far? I finished one and read one whole book
- What book are you most looking forward to in the second half? Finding Nouf by Zoe Ferraris since I've had it on my TBR list for a long time
- Did you have to make any special arrangements to free up your whole day? Unfortunately, I didn't free up my whole day. But, my daughter went to her dad's at 1:00 so that means I've had some time to myself to devote to the read-a-thon (now I just have to contend with the dog).
- Have you had many interruptions? How did you deal with those? Yes, there are somehow always interruptions. I just take care of them (walking the dog, phone calls, etc) then get back to reading
- What surprises you most about the read-a-thon so far? I enjoyed Ex-mas more than I expected
- Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the read-a-thon? Nope.
- What would you do differently, as a reader, if you were to do this again? Oh, I will do this again, for sure. I always think I will get more hours of reading in, but I never do. So, I'll be happy with whatever I get
- Are you getting tired yet? Nope
- Do you have any tips for other Readers, somethint you think is working well that others may not have discovered? Nope. The only thing I do that I am not sure others do is review each book as I finish it. It gives me a little time in between books and then I am not faced with a stack of reviews to do after the read-a-thon.

Good luck as we head into the last nine hours! :)
Becky--Thank you for the encouragement. I ended up not doing nearly as much reading as I had hoped
