We had rain yesterday! It was only about half an inch, but for us that's exciting since we're in the middle of a huge drought.
We've taken a break from Korean dramas for the past week, but will start a new one tonight. On the treadmill I watched an interesting documentary called Meru about a group of 3 rock climbers. If you liked Free Solo, then you'll enjoy this one, too.
Today is a day full of zooms and I am excited. 9:00am zoom with my dad's side of the family, 11:00 zoom with my girlfriends from high school, and 12:00 zoom with my brother for his birthday. Yay!
We have a new president and vice president! I really did breathe a sigh of relief once they were sworn in. I was in a zoom meeting and everyone laughed at me because I muted myself to watch them get sworn in and did a happy dance. And, Amanda Gorman's poem. Wow.
Yeah, I need to share my two favorite Bernie memes, which are both related to meetings.
I have read 12 finalists for the CYBILS, but still have 2 more to read in the YA Speculative fiction category. I am making good time. And, my favorites are not what I expected, so that's fun. I cannot wait to start posting reviews!
