As you can see, I had a week full of reading. I liked every one of these books so powered through them quickly. And, I knew my daughter was coming home on Thursday and that means less reading, more time talking and watching our shows. She hadn't seen the new house since I moved in and I am glad to say she likes it. It feels great to be in our own space together and she is home for the next six weeks.
We got new blinds put in this week and they are sooooooo much better than the ones that came with the house. And, last night as we were eating dinner on the patio, we heard this odd music and decided to track it down. It was an ice cream truck! I haven't seen one of those in decades.
