This past week was a short one for work since we had Thursday and Friday off. I took the time to relax, catch up on blog visits (I was soooo far behind), read, go for walks with friends (the image above it one of the views), and sleep. Not a bad thing. My Thanksgiving day was quiet and in the evening I went to my parents' house for dinner. We had four other friends join us so it was a lovely evening. I am not into the whole Thanksgiving thing (think false advertising for the holiday's existence, I am vegetarian, and don't watch football), but I do appreciate a yummy meal and good company.
One "fun" thing I did was hit the Patagonia store in a near by town and buy new luggage. Spur of the moment and quite out of character.
The image above is the books I hoped to read in November. I finished them all plus a couple others. I know, there are still three days left in November, but since I finished my planned stack, I am posting about it today.
This image is the books I plan to read in December. It may be a bit ambitious with the traveling I'll be doing over the holidays.
Here is is the current state of my 2022 challenges. The image is a link to my challenges page.
