What a whirlwind week! It was my daughter's last week in town so after work we tended to do errands to get things ready for her trip. She left Friday night and had a HORRENDOUS flight. Apparently LaGuardia airport in New York was fogged in so tons of flights got cancelled or delayed. She was delayed 4 hours out of Denver then said the approach into New York was so bad that people throughout the plane were vomiting and crying. I am taking the same flight today so fingers crossed that mine goes more smoothly.
Work was also super busy this week and I put on my first big event: we held our first Customer Advisory Board meeting with important and big clients over Zoom. The feedback was good and they actually want to meet more frequently than we suggested so that's a good thing.
I got nothing much to say in this section except that I am participating in Nonfiction November and am really looking forward to my three narrative nonfiction books that I chose and getting wonderful nonfiction suggestions from the other participants.
