Week two of getting over Covid is finally over. Thank goodness that's done (just a bit of a lingering cough at this point). I was able to have my daughter back in my house for a couple days before she and her dad took off for Zanzibar on Thursday (I get to meet up with her there in August!). We ate some meals out and went to High Tea with my parents.
The above image is of the books I hoped to read in June. I read all of them except the top one which got water spilled on it and completely ruined. I also read one extra novel.
The second image is the books I plan to read in July (note some big books for the Big Summer Book challenge). I'll also add in a 7th book for one of my book groups. The Paris Agent and Sunshine Nails are both for TLC book tours. Have you read any of these? What are your thoughts?
Here is is the current state of my 2023 challenges. At this point, I am counting individual books for multiple categories in each challenge, but I'll replace them with other books throughout the year.
