This week felt slightly less busy (I am not sure if that's good or bad. Maybe it just is.). I watched the Netflix limited series One Day this past week and quite liked it.
Both my parents have managed to get Covid so I am on duty for food delivery, grocery shopping, meds pick up, etc. The last time, my Dad got long Covid so I hope he fares better this time around.
If you have friends in California schools, this week was a tough one as layoffs were due by March 15. It is so awful to see my friends lose their jobs even if they have seniority and are bumped into the classroom or to another school/grade level. Of course, this means new teachers lose their jobs altogether. Our local district is a total disaster right now.
I had some behind-the-scenes issues with my blog, but the wonderful Amanda from Simply Stella Design Studio fixed it all at a low price. Amanda to the rescue (again)! If you ever want to redesign your blog, Amanda is great to work with.
