Deb Nance at Readerbuzz hosts The Sunday Salon.
This week seemed to crawl at first and now it's already Sunday! How does that happen? I think it's because I've been inside all week due to being super busy with work and we've had rain/grey days.
Last Sunday was FULL: I helped my ex fix his printer (is it nice that I am still his tech-help?), zoomed with a group of friends, visited my parents, and did bookkeeping for a client/friend. That evening my daughter and I watched 12 Years a Slave. Wow. Devastating and so well done. Have you seen it?
The rest of the week was full with work, the dentist (no cavities, always a good thing), a bone density scan ("significant increase in density" since last year!), and dinner with my parents on Friday night. I also spent one evening going through a box of old stuff and finally threw away a ton of stuff (think: magazines and newspapers from the days my daughter and I were born, old uniforms, etc). Yesterday I went on a beach/harbor walk with a friend and we ended the walk in the rain.
I hope you are all doing well!
Reading a series out of order is not the best idea.
Here is is the current state of my 2024 challenges.
