This past week or so I have immersed myself in seasons 3 and 4 of Slow Horses. Such a good show. My mom also suggested I watch The Secret Hours, which is a prequel to the series, but I can't find a way to stream it! I also binged Derry Girls, which made me laught out loud! Have you watched either one of these shows?
This past week seemed a bit calmer. I worked Back to School Night, had dinner with a friend, supported my mother who is having some health issues, attended a CAbi party (have you done those? I always spend too much money), and my big event of the week was MC-ing the induction of the 2024 Wall of Fame honorees at my alma mater. It's always so great to meet the people and hear their stories of when they were at the high school and what they've done with their (impressive) lives. We present them at the Fall pep rally and it's always weird to speak with microphone reverb in a stadium.
