This week went really quickly. My friend left Monday evening, I had dinner with another friend Tuesday, dinner with my parents Wednesday, danced on Thursday and in the evening attended a Planned Parenthood fundraiser, volunteered at a reunion last night, and here we are on Sunday.
I cooked a new recipe (Cauliflower Schawarma) and it was really tasty. I finished the 4th season of Slow Horses, watched the latest episode of the British Baking Show, and started Abbot Elementary, which I am finding really amusing.
As we enter the middle of October and I look at my reading challenges, I feel like I've done fairly well though I know I won't complete them all. This year I seem to have read based on my mood at the moment, only when I go to review a book discovering if it works for a challenge.
